Production Time and Shipping
Please remember Jacque M 528 Handbag Collection is NOT massed produced- it is exclusive and can be made to your specifications. EACH item is unique and handcrafted by designer Jacque M. and handpainted by artist Latrise Sherriff in the USA.
Due to the intricate details of our products, they are made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks or less for production/lead time and your item will ship.
RUSH ORDERS and overnight shipping are available, BUT YOU HAVE TO CALL US DIRECT! Please contact us at 214-702-8548 to expedite your order or to modify your item. During sales and promotions, items may take longer to process due to an influx of orders, again please contact us if you need your order expedited.
NOTE: 2 DAY FEDEX shipping does not speed up the 3-4 weeks or less PRODUCTION TIME, it only speeds up the SHIPPING TIME. Please note that all accessories, caps, tshirts, and sale items are FINAL SALE.
HANDBAG RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 7 days for domestic and international purchases from the date of receipt- STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY, ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS! For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail, preferably FEDEX. Returns must be received NEW & UNWORN condition and with all tags attached-If it is not received in the original condition we will deny the return.
ONLINE HANDBAGS ARE MADE TO ORDER …
Due to the labor intensity of custom and made to order HANDBAGS, please allow 3-4 weeks or less (not including weekends and holidays) for your order to be complete unless you specify that you would like a RUSH ORDER. A fee will be accessed for RUSH ORDERS. Please be advised that this does not include transit time. If you need your order before this time, please contact us directly at 214-702-8548, we will also arrange expedited shipping if necessary.
LEFT LANE CLUTCHES ARE HANDPAINTED BY ARTIST, LATRISE SHERRIFF. THEY ARE NOT PAINTED EXACTLY AS SEEN IN PHOTOS, AND THE SHAPE OF THE CLUTCH WILL VARY. WHICH IS WHAT MAKES EACH ITEM UNIQUE. THE ONLY THING THAT WILL REMAIN THE SAME AS WHAT YOU PURCHASE IS COLOR OF LEATHER and PAINT. All CUSTOM CLUTCHES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
CUSTOM ORDERS VIA EMAIL
Due to the labor intensity of custom and made to order HANDBAGS, please allow 3-4 weeks or less (not including weekends and holidays) for your order to be complete unless you specify that you would like a RUSH ORDER. All custom designs are non-refundable once leather is cut. Store credits or exchanges are allowed ONLY if item is not exactly what you approved VIA email, ie….style or shape. If you send a picture of a shoe or dress for us to custom match, and you approve it, we are no longer responsible if the color is not the exact match once you receive it……Please note, pictures sometime are not exact as in person, color may be slightly off. WE do our best to match items based on pictures you send to us. CUSTOM DESIGNS ARE FINAL NON REFUNDABLE.
You may only exchange an item or recieve a store credit for future use.
ALL ORDERS PLACED DURING A BUILD-A-BAG EVENT ARE FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS. Due to the labor intensity of custom and made to order HANDBAGS, please allow 3-4 weeks/15-20 business days or less (not including weekends and holidays) for your order to be complete unless you specify that you would like a RUSH ORDER & YOU PAY EXTRA for order (not to include shipment). All custom orders are non-refundable once leather is cut….NO EXCEPTION.
If you have received an item that is defective or damaged due to transit you must contact us within 2 business days in order to receive a non defective item. We are not responsible for items that are defected in transit or left in extreme heat which may cause distortion on some heat sensitive items such as leather.
Shipping and Tracking:
ALL HANDBAGS ARE SHIPPED via FEDEX with a 2 DAY Shipment. Orders placed after 12pm CST will be processed the following BUSINESS day; EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS. You will receive a tracking number via email when your purchase ships. We are not responsible for packages once we ship; we insure all of our packages via FEDEX. With this said, we are not responsible for packages that are delayed due to the courier. If we ship the package in time for it to make it to you by the date you stated and it does not make it due to the courier, we are not responsible. This becomes an issue with the courier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to the courier or stolen from your residence after it is delivered.
Cancellation of orders: When you place an order you cannot cancel the order for any reason. You can make changes to the order within 24 hours. Any changes must be emailed to info@jacquemonline.com. Please include your NAME (First, Last) & ORDER CHANGE in the subject line. If 24 hours has passed, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE!
